In 2006 Danvægt signed an agreement with the German Company Bühler, one of the world’s greatest companies within building in the industry of heavy goods. Danvægt delivered six scales where four were technical advanced moveable outloading scales with matching dosing equipment.
The dosing equipment based on advanced bridgeslides has been optimised to achieve even more accuracy when dosing. Changes giving a stronger construction and the fact that all Danvægt's bridgeslides are 100% self-clearing gives the scale an optimal gradual transition and a low noise level.
Likewise the security of the moving parts has been increased. Security is of great importance to Danvægt since the moveable outloading scale runs with a speed of 1, 25 m/sec. and must be able to speed up, position and break in one second. The construction is supervised by the Danish Working Environment Authority before use.
