Danvægt delivered a complete installation with two truck scales in an integrated computerised weighing system for Køge Jorddepot. The automation helps the drivers to save time and money and is a considerably competition parameter.
Køge Jorddepot was given a smooth start-up and is now running repository as one well-oiled machine.
It takes averaged 6 minutes getting rid of 32 tons soil at Køge Jorddepot. After three months thorough preparations the soil depot is now running as one well-oiled machine capable of receiving many thousand tons of soil every day.
The process is entirely automated which saves both time and money for the drivers.
The driver is registrating the truck with and without cargo by a magnestic card.

When a truck arrives to Køge Jorddepot for the first time the driver is given a magnetic card and thereafter the process is entirely automatically. The traffic and outflows depot is led over one gigantic weight measuring the truck both with and without cargo and difference becomes standing counted during system. The chauffeur enter a code when he drives and the outflows is planted. Two cameras detect simultaneously the truck’s plates and the contents of the cargo to prevent cheating or errors.
