The ILIW scale is a special dosing scale for loose products. The scale combines the best technology from negative dosing and differential weighing. By this an optimal solution is achieved in interaction with the dose capacity. The ILIW concept is especially designed for optimal utilisation of the capacity in the system by keeping a capacity as large as possible frequently. The scales are dosing concurrently and the operations are in control of the most optimal capacity without overloading.
Alternative the ILIW scales are used for rough blending of elements by dosing several elements contemporary on belt - or chain conveyor.
